Cats intuitively know what is warm and comfortable. Regular heat seeking missiles, they are. Bought this for my geriatric girl and as soon as it was unwrapped she was sleeping on it. Bought a second one for the boy because he deserved a bit of luxury too. They are placed on the couch for extra cushioning. I have used other heat reflecting pads, but this one is especially nice with a silky feel somewhat like fur. Large and warm for my big cat!
I love the size of this and it is a staple for my cat during cold months; and he will probably like it when it’s warm too. My cat is over 12lbs and is very long and a big-boned boi. I have this folded up on his cat tree at the top perch and it fits great. I could have it on the floor unfolded and he’d be able to lay outstretched completely, too. I have an electric heating pad in between the folds so he can get extra cozy, but when it turns off, he still stays because of the warmth this one gives him.

My Tea Cup Chihuahua Gravitates Towards this Warming Bed when Coming Inside
I ordered this bedsure self warming pad for my dog who suffers from severe arthritis in her old age. To my delight she enjoys sitting and even lying on the pad. She tends to gravitate towards it when coming in from the outside. The pad has been designed to hold more of an animal's natural body and is also very soft. This product is also washable which I believe is critical. It also has a non slip base. Overall a good product which performs well and is reasonably priced.
